As the founder and leader of ZT Design Management, Zach Thompson brings 14 years of industry expertise and a passion for technology, innovation, process design, and offsite construction to revolutionize how projects are delivered.

Before launching ZT Design Management in 2021, Zach held leadership roles at Balfour Beatty, Kaufman Lynn, and Walt Disney Imagineering, where he worked in design management and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC). Most recently, he served as the Southeast Prefabrication Leader for DPR Construction's national prefab team.

Zach's diverse skill set—spanning construction management, design management, real estate development, VDC, and prefabrication—has helped him successfully execute personal multifamily deals and empowers his clients to achieve their project goals at any stage of the project lifecycle.
